Description of the accommodation:
On the 1st floor are all the living areas with a large through lounge/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a veranda overlooking the garden. The 3 bedrooms and bathroom with WC are located on the upper floor. The bedroom on the street side has a small sea view, while the other two bedrooms on the garden side offer views of Notre Dame de Royan church. On the ground floor, there is a large garage for a car and bicycles, plus an additional toilet. Finally, there is a garden with a table and chairs, a barbecue and two sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying meals together.
A second car can be parked outside the garage.
