Step into a beautifully renovated piece of Bathurst history with this delightful 1800s workers cottage. Perfectly positioned between the CBD and Bathurst Hospital, this home blends heritage charm with modern amenities, offering a unique and comfortable stay.
The space
Enjoy the convenience of air conditioning and other modern comforts while reflecting on the rich history of the area. Just a short walk to the town center, you'll find shops, cafes, and restaurants at your doorstep, while Bathurst Base Hospital is also just a few minutes away.
What’s Included:
• Entire house and private backyard for your enjoyment
• Secure off-street parking for added convenience
• Easy access from the Great Western Highway, ideal for those passing through or planning a shorter stay
Whether you’re here for a relaxing getaway or a quick stopover, this charming cottage offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern convenience.
Soak up the sun on the deck with open access to the modern fully equipped kitchen. Or stroll the small garden and courtyard in complete privacy. Maybe explore the local area with cafe’s, bakeries, restaurants and pubs, all within walking distance. Bedding is comfy and it's warm in winter and cool in summer with thick walls.
The living and dining room will happily accommodate four adults. It’s a cozy space making it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway or just catching up with friends.
Both bedrooms have comfort in mind. The Master Suite features a queen bed with high quality bedding. Block out blinds have been added for a lovely sleep in.
To add to your comfort levels amenities including multiple room air conditioning, a washing machine, Netflix, and a coffee machine.
Guest access
You will be provided with 1 sets of keys with keys for the front and back door, as well as screen door keys. There is also a key for the driveway gate if you would like to secure the back yard.
The backyard middle gate will be locked as the area beyond has not been prepared for guests at this stage
