Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or within the building. If cooking creates smoke or steam, please use the exhaust fan and open windows or the balcony door for ventilation.
Keys & Access One set of keys will be provided for your stay. Please take care of them, as any lost or unreturned keys or access fobs will incur a replacement fee of $500. This is due to building security requirements and rekeying. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Care of the Property We kindly ask that the apartment is kept clean and tidy. Any damage or excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges. - Please refrain from keeping the balcony door or windows open to prevent unwanted attention from flies, moths etc.

Excellent location and a great apartment complex. The apartment was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Only downsides were very hard bed mattresses and non-absorbent towels.
