Property boasts a small beach, perfect for kids and adults allowing an easy entrance into clear weed free swimming or floating- the choice is yours.(water shoes are recommended as there is the odd clam shell) The dock is located just steps away where you can enjoy the sun, cast a line and fish(fishing license required) or dangle your feet in the water and chill 😎. You are welcome to tie your own boat to the dock so you can explore the lake or the island (across the way) when you choose. Maybe paddle the lake in our kayak or canoe and keep a look out for the loons and blue herons!

The BBQ is yours to use for outdoor grilling. There is plug on the propane tank to let you know the level. Plus an extra tank is provided should you suddenly run out.
The view of the night sky is breathtaking while roasting hotdogs and marshmallows over the fire pit. If you are lucky enough to see the moon rise, it is a spectacular sight!
The first bedroom has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 in a double bed. Master bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed that has a double on the bottom and a single on the top.
Shared three piece bathroom has a stand up shower.
A full kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker (sorry no dishwasher- which makes for interesting chats while washing the dishes together creating fun memories).
Relax in the family room on comfortable leather furniture while watching your favorite shows.

Rustik 55 is the main restaurant in the village of Cayamant. This restaurant has delicious food and is a short drive away. Cayamant also has a well stocked convenience store for all your needs.
We are offering a 20 percent discount on weekly bookings and a 30 percent discount on 28 days or more. Dogs less than 20lbs accepted but please contact owner for approval.
Please do not park at the back of the house as there is a septic tank.
