Brighton Beachfront Sanctuary
Enjoy incredible views of dolphins playing in the water, paddle boarders and kayakers, sailing boats and beautiful sunsets. This is a quintessential 1960's original but spacious 2 bedroom unit. With huge bedrooms, spacious living and classic old kitchen fitted out with everything you could possibly need for your stay.
This quiet beachfront property in a small group is just a 2 minute walk from the vibrant Jetty Road cafe's, restaurants, bakery, shops and the Esplanade Hotel.
what we love about this classic 60's beachfront unit:
- Queen bed in a spacious master bedroom with large robes and ceiling fan
- Second bedroom with Queen bed and a single bed also with robes and ceiling fan
- Reverse Cycle air conditioning throughout
- Comfy 3 seater and 2 seater sofas in the living room
- Easy care floorboards throughout.
- Charming original bathroom and kitchen but with all the mod cons you could need ( except no dishwasher sorry)
- washing machine and dryer
- All weather entertaining area out the back with weber bbq and small sand pit for the kids
- Bonus lawned area out the back with picnic table and clothes line
- All bed linen and towels are included
- board games, puzzles and DVDs
- Brilliant Views!

The coastal boardwalk to nearby Seacliff takes you to the water sports office where you can hire windsurfers, jet ski's and stand up paddle boards.
Just a short drive to Marion Shopping Centre or to Glenelg for the Glenelg Beach tram to the city
9km to Adelaide airport.
Train from Brighton to CBD
Close to Flinders Medical Centre and Private Hospital
*Please no requests to bring a dog as pets are not allowed by Strata rules.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
You will have the property to yourselves but we are very nearby if you need us.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
