This light-filled beach house captures a relaxed Victor Harbor vibe—bright, breezy, and made for easy days by the coast. The open living area feels welcoming from the moment you step inside, with polished timber floors, a plush sectional sofa, and natural light streaming through plantation shutters. Whether you’re streaming a movie or catching the sea breeze through open windows, it’s a space designed for slowing down.

The kitchen makes home cooking easy, with quality appliances, generous bench space, and a breakfast window overlooking the street. It opens seamlessly to the dining area and out to the deck, where the Weber BBQ—offering both gas and charcoal options—sets the scene for easy outdoor living. Beyond, the fully fenced yard provides space for kids and pets to play safely, while the fire pit becomes the perfect gathering spot as the day winds down.

Three comfortable bedrooms offer restful retreats for every guest. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and generous wardrobe storage; the second bedroom features a double bed in soft, neutral tones; and the third bedroom is tailored for children, with a single bed and bunk, plus a TV for their own entertainment zone. The family bathroom includes a full bathtub, shower, and separate toilet, while the laundry provides a washer, iron, and drying rack for extended stays.

Ceiling fans, heating, and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort. Parking is simple with a garage and free on-street options right out front.

All linen and towels are provided.

Up to 2 dogs welcome with prior approval. $75 pet fee applies.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee—please let us know at the time of booking if you require either.

Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
