It’s an easy walk into Victor Harbor or a scenic bike ride along the coast to Yilki Store and the Whalers Restaurant. With four bedrooms, two living areas, and that perfect mix of comfort and coastal charm, it’s a great spot for families or friends to unwind and enjoy everything Encounter Bay has to offer.

Spilsbury Vista offers a light-filled and generously sized layout, ideal for families or groups seeking a laid back coastal escape. The open plan living and dining area upstairs is warm and inviting, complete with a stunning slow combustion fireplace and large windows framing uninterrupted views out to the bay. It`s the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the water.

The home features two comfortable living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, giving guests plenty of room to spread out, relax, or gather together. The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday cooking, with modern appliances, ample bench space, and everything you need for shared meals at home.

There are four bedrooms in total.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ocean views, and a private ensuite.
Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed.
The fourth bedroom includes three single beds. Two of the singles can be made up into a king bed upon request, making it flexible for different group setups.

A main bathroom downstairs services the other bedrooms, complete with bath, shower, and vanity, while a powder room upstairs with a toilet and basin adds extra convenience.

Outside, enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink on the balcony as you take in the sea breeze and sweeping views. With easy access to the Encounter Bikeway, local cafes, and the coastal charm of Victor Harbor just minutes away, Spilsbury Vista offers both relaxation and adventure.

Please note all bed linen and towels are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels. Strictly no smoking or vaping on the property. No parties or events. Fines will apply for non-compliance.

Pets are not permitted.

Please note a 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
