Indoor Spaces

Step inside to discover warm, airy interiors. The 4 bedrooms, spread across the ground and first floors, are designed for restful sleep and comfort, equipped with king-sized beds, electric kettles, and ample natural light.
Three rooms come with attached bathrooms, while one has a dedicated bathroom just outside.

The villa includes 1 modern indoor kitchen, perfect for heavy cooking, and a welcoming living area on each floor—ideal for bonding over games or late-night conversations.

Spacious Living Areas:
Relax in two comfortable living rooms, one on each floor, each featuring sofa seating for 10, AC, ceiling fans, and a music system.

Modern Kitchen:
Whip up family meals in the indoor kitchen featuring a gas stove, microwave, fridge, RO water, cookware, crockery, cutlery, and BBQ utensils.
Guests have full access. Outside food allowed. Chef-on-call available (charges depend on menu).

Comfortable Bedrooms:
All four bedrooms have king-sized beds, seating arrangements, mirrors, and extra blankets & pillows. AC is provided in 3 bedrooms, with all rooms featuring fans and natural views.

Bathrooms:
All 4 bathrooms are modern and well-stocked with a geyser, a mirror with a sink, a jet spray, toiletries (soap, shampoo, and handwash), towels, and exhaust fans.

Swimming Pool & Recreation:
No Diving—For your safety, diving isn’t allowed.
Shower First—Please rinse off before entering the pool.
No Food or Drinks—To keep the area clean, avoid eating or drinking near the pool.
Health Safety—Guests with open wounds or infections should avoid using the pool.
Kids Need Supervision—Children must always be watched by an adult near the pool.

Alcohol & Safety Rules:
Legal Drinking Only—Guests must be 21+ and follow Telangana alcohol laws.
No Drugs or Gambling—Illegal drugs, hookah, and gambling are not allowed.
Strict Consequences—Breaking these rules may result in eviction and reporting to local authorities.
