Nice quite location with secure locked gate parking as a single occupant this was home away from home John the host preloaded the fridge and pantry with lots of starters sound lounge and huge tv was great all rooms spotless clean bedroom walk-in robe and ensuite lots of space great place to holiday stayed 8 nights met John the host who went out of his way with courteous helpful service will be backl

Perfect for 2-night stay, much better than staying in a motel, especially having a separate spacious lounge area with large TV including netfix, prime, etc. Clean and tidy. Very well equipped with lots of extra condiments, biscuits, bottled water, coke. The owner John is exceptional and communication is immediate. Highly recommended for short stays.

Great Place

I was very happy with the cleanliness and presentation of the property. It was by far better than staying in a motel.Next time I am in Hervey Bay I will be sure to book again.

My wife and I, truly had a wonderful stay! What stood out most was our host—John was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful from start to finish. Every question was answered quickly, and he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable.The amenities were also excellent—everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The little details, like the cozy setup and well-stocked essentials, made it feel like a home away from home.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend!Thanks again John!

The accommodation was very clean and well set out, with the bedroom and bathroom separate from the living/kitchen area. very close to the shopping complex and also a lovely area to go for a walk. the owner was extremely obliging, and very friendly. I would certainly recommend these premises and would not hesitate to return there myself if ever in that area

Everything was easy and John went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The area is quiet as it’s residential and at the quiet end of Hervey Bay - which suited us perfectly. The property was clean, secure and comfortable. Just a note - there is no kitchenette facility for cooking and washing up however, there is a barfridge, dining table, kettle and toaster along with crockery and cutlery. All we had to do was let John know if we had dishes that needed washing and he would collect them. If you are after a clean, comfortable room with ensuite, a separate lounge plus outdoor patio in a non-touristy area and you don’t need a kitchen for cooking, then this is perfect.

Large lounge/dining area with impressive entertainment set up which we did not have time to us. Bed excellent, rooms clean and well presented. Host affable but stays out of the way unless approached.Off street parking and outdoor under cover seating with table. Located in suburbia but not far from beaches and restaurants.
