Unwind in a breezy, open-plan space overlooking the beach. Floor-to-ceiling glass floods the room with natural light, while the full-width terrace becomes an extension of your living area—perfect for sunset drinks and alfresco meals.

Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

Quick drive or bus to Bondi Junction (~10 min) and the CBD (~20 min)
Other Things to Note:
Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details.
The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest.
