Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This 3-bedroom villa offers a comfortable layout with a reverse floor plan, featuring the bedrooms on the first level and main living spaces upstairs, making this unit perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

On the lower level, the primary bedroom features a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a granite countertop vanity and a shower/tub combo. For added convenience, this bathroom also has hallway access. The second bedroom has a cozy king bed, and the third offers two twin beds, ideal for families or kids. These two rooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, with each bedroom having its own sink in the room.

Upstairs, you’ll find a bright and inviting main living area. The fully equipped kitchen features tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a view overlooking the dining area, which comfortably seats six. Just off the dining space is a small deck that truly immerses you in the beautiful nature Kiawah Island has to offer. It’s a great spot for morning coffee or evening breezes. The living room offers plenty of space to unwind with a sofa, loveseat, and a wall-mounted TV. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.
