Uninterrupted views of Coromandel's Harbour and Mountain Ranges will greet you as you enter this comfortable holiday home. Located on the picturesque Wyuna Bay Rd, a little Peninsula of its own, you are only 850 meters from the beach and boat ramp. From dining area two large bifold doors open out onto the spacious wrap around deck where you can enjoy that gorgeous sun rise. Unlimited internet, smart TV, car/boat parking and fish filleting facilities available.
This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is all you will need to sit back, relax and switch straight into that holiday mode - Of course throwing in those stunning views just top it all off!
Downstairs accommodates lounge, dining, kitchen and queen bedroom. Entry level is a bathroom with quirky rustic features and laundry, while upstairs has 2 more king bedrooms and 2nd bathroom. The large master offering more gorgeous views has a spacious ensuite complete with a deep bath where you can lie back and "soak" up blue harbour waters and the hills beyond. The other king room pulls in that warm afternoon sun and looks down into the dining area in a mezzanine type setting, (please see notes below for further explanation). All bedrooms have quality linens and insect screens on the windows.
The kitchen flows into the dining area allowing that great social space. It is well equipped complete with dishwasher, 5 burner gas hob and huge 900mm oven. The pantry has your basic condiments as well as a slow cooker, toasted sandwich maker, Ninja blender and rice cooker. There is also a DeLonghi Nespresso machine so don't forget to pack those favourite pods!
The deck is off the dining area and is covered for weather protection. The lounge has a large Smart TV allowing you to catch up on those Netflix/App shows or movies. There are board games, books and a Bose SoundDock music station. For the keen fisher person there is a fish filleting station and boat parking.
Only 4.5km to Coromandel Township and 2.2kms to Long Bay Beach Motor Camp and Boat Ramp. This ramp is tidal as with the nearby Wyuna Bay one.
**Only 2 bedrooms will be made accessible for a reservation of 4 guests or less. Applicable fees for the 3rd room are below in "Other details to note."
We are on septic tank. It is essential that only toilet paper is flushed - No sanitary items or baby wipes.
We are also on tank water only, which is all filtered, and totally safe to drink. As we are approaching summer this does however mean we ask you to conserve water when you can. Please do not leave taps inside and out running unnecessarily. Washing of cars and boats is strictly not permitted, though we do appreciate that you may wish to flush through your outboard motor.
The 2nd King bedroom upstairs is not sound proof. It has an open aired/mezzanine type wall that overlooks the downstairs area.
There is an additional $40.00 cleaning/linen fee if all 3 bedrooms are required. Please advise us in your reservation request if you will need all to be made available for you. If only 2 bedrooms are required please indicate whether it is to be the queen bed downstairs or the 2nd king upstairs.

No EV car charging to be done at the property. There are 2 stations available in town.
There is a fireplace in the lounge but it is not to be used.
