Black Beauty provides the perfect all year round getaway! Ideally located, only a 5 min walk to Balnarring Village, a short drive to Balnarring Beach, Merricks General Store, Point Leo Beach, markets and the Red Hill trails. It's also close to many popular wedding venues and wineries, making it the perfect place to create special memories with family and friends.
Outdoor entertaining is a focus with beautiful private gardens, alfresco dining in the provincial-style outdoor setting or dining in the undercover terrace with a gas BBQ and pizza oven. During the cooler months there is a cosy wood fire place in the open plan living area and an outdoor fire pit to gather around and toast marshmallows.
