The Space:

This luxurious triple-unit residence—your private mansion at Spanish Water Marina—offers both in abundance. With 525 m² of elegantly designed tropical living space spread across a double penthouse and a terrace apartment directly below, you’ll enjoy comfort, privacy, and stunning surroundings in one of Curaçao’s most desirable areas near Jan Thiel Beach.

The mansion consists of two spacious, fully equipped penthouses and one additional terrace apartment directly below, each featuring its own living area, kitchen, terrace, and separate entrance. Please note that there are no connecting doors between the three units, making it ideal for larger families or groups who want to stay close while still enjoying their own space and privacy.

Each of the three living rooms is styled with calming tropical décor and cozy furnishings, creating the perfect environment to relax, cool down, and spend quality time with your loved ones. Wide doors open to large terraces with breathtaking views over the Spanish Water Lagoon—perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

All three units feature a modern, fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your favorite meals or try out local recipes. The adjacent dining areas offer beautiful views by day and transform into intimate gathering spaces at night.

The accommodation includes a total of nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The terrace apartment offers 1 King Size Bed & 2 bedrooms with 2 Single Beds each.
Each penthouse includes 2 Bedrooms with Queen-Size Beds & 1 Bedroom with 2 Single Beds.

This makes it possible to accommodate up to 18 guests comfortably, with flexible sleeping arrangements for both families and groups.

Guests also have access to two shared swimming pools, and beach towels are provided for your convenience. During your stay, you’ll have full access to the penthouse and shared swimming pool, along with the personalized support of our dedicated host, Gert-Jan. Within walking distance, you'll find the famous Jan Thiel Beach, a well-maintained stretch of coastline with crystal-clear water, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or simply soaking up the Caribbean sun. The island's top attractions—such as its stunning beaches, historical landmarks, hidden coves, and cultural sites—are scattered across the island and are often not easily accessible by foot or public transportation.

While renting a scooter can be a fun way to get around the Jan Thiel area, it’s not the most practical option for longer distances due to steep hills, higher-speed roads, and limited access to remote areas.

Public transportation is available and can take you to some of the island’s main hubs, but buses don’t run frequently, and schedules can be unpredictable, so planning ahead is essential.
