Welcome to this Charm Private Room (NO ENTIRE PLACE) located in beautiful city of Beaumont near Edmonton Int. Airport.

1. This Private room #1 is on in the basement of 2 bedrooms which means that will be sharing bathroom and kitchen with another guests on the other Room.
2. Owner lives upstairs with his wife Christelle and 3 Beautiful Kids (Kikasia 5, Kiliam 3, Kismat 8 months) during the day may be some noises quiet time start around 10pm will try our best to make the guest comfortable.
3. in Your Room #1 has big TV Roku,
Walk in closet with mirror (no light).
Computer Disk with Chair.
Free Wife.
Self check in/out (Own Entrance)
5 minutes to big city like Edmonton South, Leduc, Nisku, Dover.
14 Minutes to International Airport of Edmonton.
3 Minutes to Restaurants and Banks
Note: We will let you know if the other room has guest.
Sharing Space:
1. Bathroom will be shared with other guest make sure to not to leave personal items behind.
2. Laundry is located in the bathroom feel free to use it and do not leave clothes in unsupervised.
3. Kitchen is fully available to be used, there's no Stove but there's Cooktop Induction you can cook anything you want as you know is shared so make sure is clean once you done, you can also use the fridge to keep anything you want.
Help: Christella will be always available upstairs to assistance if you want anything.
