Escape to our 15-acre countryside estate, offering over 4000 sq ft of living space! This space is perfect for your next family get-away or event. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a rec room including a variety of board games, video games, ping pong table, and basketball shoot. Fitness lovers will appreciate our modest gym area with a treadmill, bike, and weights. The secluded property has plenty of room for camping and has a large outdoor fire pit. The best part of the property is the large deck off the kitchen. It has you BBQ for grilling, a few couches for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee, an above ground pool (June-Aug) where you and the family can beat the heat, and a firetable where you can eat dinner and watch the sunset. Additionally, the town of hepburn is a 2 minute drive away just incase you forgot any groceries, have the urge to order pizza or chinese, or feel like heading to the bowling alley for a fun night out! You get to enjoy country living without giving up all the ammenities of city life.

As you step through the front door, you're greeted by a spacious living room, perfect for entertaining. The heart of this room is the cozy wood-burning fireplace, complemented by vaulted 17ft ceilings and a 65-inch TV equipped with various streaming services.



The living room gracefully flows into an open-plan dining area and a chef's dream kitchen. Here, you'll find all the essentials such as a convection oven, dishwasher, and 4-slot toaster as well as a coffee maker (capable of making a single Keurig cup or a full pot), a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, air fryer, blender, panini press and electric griddle all set in an environment rich with prep space. You will also be pleased to find a pantry with plenty of storage space and all your basic cooking spices.



Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical laundry and boot room, offering ample space for outdoor gear and a dedicated area for air-drying laundry.



The boot room connects to a 3-car garage, housing an extra fridge and deep freeze.



The boot room also leads upstairs to the ultimate recreational haven. Enjoy our rec room, featuring a ping pong table, board games, basketball shoot game, shuffleboard, and a GameCube with classic video games. The space doubles as a home theatre complete with a 75 inch TV and comfortable seating for memorable movie nights.

Descending to the partially finished basement, discover a large desk area ideal for work, a 10-person poker table, and a modestly-equipped home gym with a range of fitness equipment such as a simple treadmill and stationary bike for cardio, a barbell with a few weight plates, a couple benches, and dumbbells ranging from 10-45lbs, plus a TV with chromecast for entertainment during workouts.
