- Late check out
Please be advised that our check-out time is 10:00 am, and we kindly ask all guests to adhere to this schedule. A late check-out fee equivalent to half a day's rent will be applied for check-outs between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Late check-outs after 12:00 pm are not permitted. Your cooperation is highly valued in ensuring a smooth and punctual departure for all guests from our property.
- Lost Key or Access Assistance
Always ensure to take your key when leaving the apartment. A lockout fee of $80 will be incurred if we need to arrange access for you between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with additional penalties of $120 for after-hours and weekends. Losing the key will result in a charge of $300. Please be mindful of these conditions.
- Baggage Storage
Regrettably, we do not offer baggage storage services before check-in or after check-out hours. Kindly make arrangements for your own baggage storage if necessary. We appreciate your understanding.
