Guest access
The studio is fully furnished and offers private, secure access. Guests have exclusive use of the interior living space. This is a duplex property, and the owner resides in the other unit, but your suite is completely separate and private.

Guests have access to one designated covered parking spot in the spacious carport, plus one additional uncovered space.

The garden is a shared common area. The property is equipped with Ring doorbell and exterior security cameras for added safety. We recommend locking vehicles and securing personal belongings, as the owner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Other things to note
NO PETS please. There is a dominate ES dog on the grounds. Minutes away from the Plants. Less than a mile away from Central mall, HEB Grocery and many local businesses.
