Our home offers 6 comfortable bedrooms (1 King, 5 Queen and 2 rollaway beds), wheelchair accessible first floor, 3 full washrooms, large event room, living room, office room, jacuzzi, gym, 3 smart TVs, movie room with 7 ft pool table, air hockey/foosball table, fully equipped kitchen and a large backyard.

Plenty of lounge chairs are available in the spring & summer months to lay down and relax near the heated pool (open May 1 - Oct 1).

We have Google Home system installed with 2 security cameras on the front porch, one on the right side, one on the left side and two in the backyard. They will be on during your stay, for our guest's safety. They are all outside the house.

We also have one noise detector in the kitchen to monitor loud noises or music.

We offer self check-in and you will receive a 4 digit access code along with a welcome package which will include information about additional curated services and experiences that we offer through our partners such as private airplane and helicopter tours, private fishing tours on Lake Ontario and private boat tours to Toronto islands.

To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbours and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure a clean home for all future guests to enjoy.

• Absolutely no parties, events or music in the backyard.

• Guests must agree to the pool rules stated above. Including keeping noise levels moderate after 10pm.

• Max capacity is 14 persons. You must accurately disclose the number of guests at booking.

• Absolutely no smoking of any kind.

• Must be 25+ years of age and provide valid ID after booking

• No shoes to be worn inside the home for purposes of hygiene.

• No pets
