HOUSE RULES AND POLICY
Each guests are require a VALID 2 goverment issue ID (for identity verification) no ID NO ENTRY POLICY.

* NO SMOKING INSIDE at any place in the house at all times, there’s is a designates smoking area OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY
* NO DRUGS INSIDE AND NO DRUG DEALERS ALLOWED
* NO PARTYING

WE DO NOT ALLOW any LOCAL guest in our property.

Please provide 2 goverment Issue ID (for each guest) if any of the guest are local, we have the right to cancel your reservations at any time. As we give u notice before you book to provide your ID for identity verification purposes only.

ONLY THE GUEST WITH ID IS ALLOWED TO ENTER the property.

*if you have legitimate family or friend visiting you in the property we have to know, so we can give access to enter the premises for consideration (we avoid guest who are dealing drugs)

100 % VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER or even around the property. If you have seen bringing visitors inside the house… immediately we ask you to leave the property, due to bad experience it’s a NON NEGOTIABLE rules and you loose your payment and we can also call the cops for immediate eviction (or to leave the property)
for not following the home and company policy / house rules.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you book this property listing, you agree to the following innkeeper agreement

1. You declare and agree that you have a primary home address and you are not a homeless.

2. That your purpose and intention for stay is for transient purposes only

3.) That you don’t have intension of landlord/tenant relationship
But in fact it’s an
OWNER/GUEST relationship.

If you will not pay your daily/weekly (short/long term rental) it will be considered as criminal tress pass and you agree to be evicted.

4.) That you agree that you don’t have intension to squat or you don’t intent to stay for free. Or you are considered trespassing if you are not a paying guest in our property.

5. You agree that after your contract (end of your reservation), the main door and your rooms will be automatically time sensitive locked after the check out time 11am.

6. You agree that you are not allowed to squat or hang out after the check out time.
The house will alarm and the police is authorized to ask you to leave for the reason of squatting or trespassing.

We are a Boutique transient guest stay only, short term rental.

The entire home is equiped w smoke and carbon monoxide alarm)

Smoking cigarettes, weeds or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited, your credit card will be CHARGE 250.

Fire alarm is connected to local fire department, if the fire alarm will be activated because of smoking cigarettes is, you are responsible of paying the fire department for false alarm Free $5000 ( and your credit card will be charge for the fees) or we can bring it to court if needed,

We are not responsible for anything beyond our control such as:

*Technical issues such as smart password code malfunction or any other
Technical issues that beyond our control
( Ex. Appliances such as (including Television, coffeemaker, refrigerator, HVAC (AC/Heater) shower 🚿 water temperature ect.

*Power Outrage and water disruption due to city interruption, and service not available

* Be aware and be cautious on DANGER or ACCIDENT due to falling snow from the gutter or from the shingles
( During winter please park your car away between the two houses falling snow could land in to your car

* During winter the walkway to the house and stairs are slippery due to frozen snow (or block of ice, please walk with caution to avoid accident.

+Interrupted We are not responsible for internet system failure for any reason or anything beyond our control ( such as interruption or lost of internet connection.


* We are not responsible for any lost of personal item inside or outside the premises, you can report to tne police for any incidents and we can provide to the authorities of the video surveillance footage installed outside the house for documentation. The authorities will investigate your case accordingly.

We will try our best to resolve any problem with in 24 to 48 hrs ( excluding week ends and holidays)
