This sunny spacious suite includes two cozy queen beds, a modern kitchen, and a living room with a 55-inch smart TV. Enjoy access to your private patio with a BBQ, perfect for relaxing evenings. Free parking is included.
PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED: Relax in comfort knowing your private secondary suite was professionally cleaned for your stay. Our 5-star cleaners thoroughly clean every part of the suite before you arrive.
COMFORTABLE BEDS: Your suite includes 2 queen pulldown beds. Enjoy a quality sleep on new comfortable mattresses. Each bed includes:
-2 premium soft pillows
- 2 premium firm pillows
-freshly cleaned sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases

2 MULTIPURPOSE ROOMS: Decide between relaxing in front of the cozy gas fireplace or soaking up the Okanagan sunshine in the inviting four-season sunroom. The sunroom includes heated floors. Both versatile living spaces are equipped with comfortable seating, a smart TV and queen sized beds.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Your suite comes with access to its own private patio. Enjoy access to your own BBQ and outdoor patio dining table. You’ll also get access to the backyard space immediately outside the sunroom.
LOCATION: Your suite is centrally located in a quiet safe residential neighborhood in Kelowna. Everything the Okanagan has to offer is just minutes away.
Travel time to top destinations:
- 10 minute walk to Rotary Beach
- 5 minute drive to the vibrant Pandosy Village
- 10 minute drive to Bernard Street (Downtown) and City Park Beach

You have private access and a private entrance to the entire secondary suite. There are no shared areas inside your suite.
You also have your own private patio in the front of the suite.
The main house may be occupied by other guests or the owners. You can rest easy knowing that your suite is soundproof with no neighbors above or below.
You’ll have access to the backyard immediately outside the sunroom. You may see owners or other guests from the main house in the other section of the backyard.
Things to note:
-The 2 pull-down beds are safe, simple and light to use. You will get instructions to use
-No parties or events
-There are noise monitoring devices that track noise levels. They DO NOT record conversations
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping on the property
- The private patio is near the main house entrance. You may see the owners or other guests while using it
- Not suitable for kids (2 -12)
