Just 15 minutes north of St. John's, this adorable town and charming 3-bed, 1-bath house offer stunning ocean views and a peaceful setting—all with easy access to everything St. John's has to offer.
Fully equipped for short or long stays, you’ll have everything you need for comfort. Pet friendly with a fully fenced yard, it's perfect for the whole family. Enjoy the best of both worlds: quiet coastal charm and urban convenience!
The space
Cute bungalow with only 2 small steps needed to get in the side door and all amenities on one level. The house includes:
1 queen bedroom
1 double bedroom
1 bunk room with 2 twin size beds
Large living dining area
Full kitchen
1 bathroom with tub/shower, toilet and single sink
Full laundry facilities
Mudroom
Deck and fenced in yard
2 parking spaces
Proximity:
We are just a 5 minute walk to the East Coast Trail!
In the town of Pouch Cove there is a pharmacy for any urgent or last minute needs. (1 minute away)
Just a 10 minute drive to Torbay where there is a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean, a grocery store, a bakery, among other amenities.
15 minutes drive to the many stores and amenities at the Stavanger Drive SmartCentre.
About 15-35 minutes drive to just about anywhere in St. John's!
20-25 minutes drive to the St. John's international airport.
