Ideally located on Church Bay Road, The Treehouse is a fabulously unique property, in a magical setting.  Hidden down the bottom of the garden, and very private, The Treehouse is set over 3 levels.  You enter on the living level, which has an open plan living, dining & kitchenette, perfectly equipped with everything you need for your holiday.  The master bedroom is upstairs, and is accessed via the spiral carved staircase.  This has a really comfortable queen sized bed, and catches wonderful morning sun - perfect for a lovely sleepin!  The third level of the house is downstairs from the living room, and contains the bathroom & a snug second bedroom.  

With heatpumps/air-con on both the upstairs in the master bedroom & downstairs in the second bedroom, the Treehouse is warm in winter & cool in summer!

The property opens out onto the multi-leveled deck, set amongst the native bush, this is the perfect spot to relax with a good book & a glass of wine.  Then have a soak in the hot tub, enjoying this tranquil scene, which is lit up at night - very romantic!   

This outstanding location is only 2 mins drive from Matiatia Ferry Terminal & an easy 10min stroll to the vibrant village of Oneroa with plenty of great cafes, bars and shops. Wander along Church Bay Rd to Cable Bay winery, with its fine wine & even better views!  

The Treehouse is Waiheke's best little Romantic Retreat, the perfect place to get away from it all and recharge your batteries and a superb base from which to enjoy all the wonders of the Island. 

Note that the entire property is open, with a spiral staircase between the floors.

Beautiful, cosy getaway with a spa!

We stayed here for my partners 30th and we really enjoyed our time at the treehouse! The spiral staircase was unique, the space was cosy and the spa amongst the trees was perfect

Great Location!

This is a quirky house with a great location and very walkable to Oneroa and several wineries. The house is really not big enough for more than two people and it would be quite difficult to move in and out of for people who are less agile. You must negotiate stairs and a considerable hill to enter. It also needs some work … new beds would be welcome as would an upgrade in linens and blankets. Several of the bathroom features (cabinet, hook) were in disrepair and in need of care.

Garden Oasis relaxing retreat

We really enjoyed our time at The Treehouse, the garden is literally an Oasis with so many native birds frequently visiting. A very handy location that was within 15min of everything we wanted to see and do on Waiheke.

Comfortable and quirky

My partner and I enjoyed our time away child-free for the first time in a long while. We found the Treehouse to be a welcoming space, lovely outlook into bush at the back. Fairly compact but was great for 2 and convenient location for Oneroa and nearby wineries. Helpful and accommodating bookings team! It was a memorable stay.

Had a great weekend at the tree house, good job we're reasonably fit otherwise the staircase would have been a problem, close walk to restaurants and wineries

Perfect stay

Josie was amazing to deal with, went out of the way to make our vacation perfect for us. Spa pool at the site was the best thing, spent so much time with it. Will definitely be booking with Be my Guest again

Daughters birthday weekend

I wanted somewhere a little different for my daughter and I to enjoy to celebrate her 22nd birthday and this ticked all the boxes. She loved it as did I. Very cute, very quirky and Netflix to boot!! Extremely comfy beds! We slept so well too!!

Lovely stay

Was a lovely private little place. I enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the birds and using the spa pool. Had everything we needed and everything was clean and tidy. The only issue we had is that we had a vehicle and we struggled to find somewhere safe to park and ended up way down towards the town. The listing says parking available on the street but it is a very narrow windy road.

Well overpriced for what we received

The place was very disappointing, the living area looked far more bigger on the web. Not for the elderly, I fell down the bottom of the steps. Our TV did not work and was not replaced so was left with nothing to watch the whole Easter weekend. The set up with the main bedroom on top and the bathroom at the bottom was not practical at all. Most definitely well over priced

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay at the Treehouse. The name is very suiting. Surrounded by trees and ferns with a view of a little pond. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The hot tub on a rainy day was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay, the treehouse is a quirky bach, with a lovely outlook to the tree tops. Very clean and tidy. We were there in winter, & the spa was a welcome way to warm up after visiting the nearby (& recommended) mudbrick winery. Excellent location so close to Oneroa. Great for a romantic weekend away. I would love to return in summer to get some use of the large deck.
