House Rules (Please read carefully, all of the following apply for all bookings):
1.) Shared House: This is a shared house. Please be mindful when booking that you will be expected to share house amenities with other housemates. This is a quiet household.
2.) Clean Shared Areas: You are expected to clean any shared areas after use.
Failure to do so may result in a $100 charge per violation for cleaning expenses.
3.) No Parties / Quiet Hours: This is strictly not a party house.
Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am on weekdays and 10pm - 9am on weekends.
You will be charged a $500 violation fee if you breach quiet hours or host any party.
Please do not book if you intend to bring someone in for fun.
4.) No Pets: No pets allowed under any circumstances.
If you bring a pet, you will be refused entry and your reservation will be cancelled without refund.
A $300 violation fee applies.
5.) No Unregistered Guests: All guests must be registered before check-in.
If you have unregistered guests attend, you’ll be charged a $300 violation fee.
If anything is stolen or damaged, you will also be charged for the full amount plus an additional $100 violation fee.
6.) Check-In / Check-Out Times: Strict check-in and check-out times apply unless communicated in advance.
A $100 fee applies for early check-ins or late check-outs without approval.
7.) Keys: Please take care of your keys.
Lost keys incur a $100 replacement fee.
8.) Damages: You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
Repair/replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
9.) Kitchen Use: Please rinse and load your dishes into the dishwasher. No pots, pans, chopping boards, sharp knives, cooking utensils etc. allowed in the dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups and eating utensils only.
A $100 violation & cleaning fee will apply if the kitchen is kept dirty.
10.) Illegal Substances: Strictly no illegal substances on the premises.
You will be reported to the police, asked to leave immediately, and charged a $300 violation fee. No refunds will be given.
11.) No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the property, including front and backyards.
Any violation will incur a $300 fee and may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
