The home is fitted with hydronic heating, ducted air conditioning, underfloor heating and heated towel rails in the upstairs bathrooms, plus a poolside bathroom/wet room for added convenience. An outdoor shower, electric BBQ, and EV charging capability are also provided. Parking is easy with a double garage and additional driveway space behind secure remote gates.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
