Hampton Haven Pool metres to the Beach
Bring your family and friends together at this stunning home in the heart of Hampton. 100 meters to the beach and a short stroll to Hampton shops and cafes. We have room for the entire family and the perfect configuration for multigenerational groups with five perfectly styled bedrooms and a 3rd living space or sixth bedroom and three bathrooms. The solar heated pool with fabulous outdoor entertaining area makes this the perfect Melbourne base.
Note: Our solar heated pool relies on the heat from the sun to warm the water. During the cooler months, the pool water will not be warm. We recommend planning your swim times accordingly or enjoying a refreshing cold water swim!
Maximum of 6 adults, 10 guests can stay when there is a mix of adults and children.
Air con upstairs and heating throughout. Wood fireplace, fast Wi-Fi, office space.
Located in the dress circle of Hampton and family friendly, this home really is lovely. Evening walks along the beach front are made easy from this location.
Train station close by for those not wanting to drive to the city.
Downstairs we have:
The main living area and fully equipped kitchen that leads out to the outdoor entertainment area with pool, and outdoor dining, all within a fully fenced back yard.
Dining area with seating for ten, the French doors lead out to the fully enclosed front yard.
Second living/ smart tv
Bedroom One: with queen bed.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Large laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs we have:
Master bedroom with king bed and stunning ensuite with bath, shower and double vanities. Walk in robe and balcony for those quiet morning coffees. Room for a fold out bed if you prefer it in this room.
Bedroom Three: Queen bed
Bedroom Four: Two single beds
Bedroom Five: Double bed
Family bathroom
Second living space with wood fireplace. Smart Tv and balcony overlooking the pool without door lounge area.
Dedicated Office space with two office chairs.
Upstairs area has evaporative and split system air conditioning.
There is heating throughout the house.
There is a double garage available for guests and plenty of off-street parking.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
