Enjoy a large, comfortable bedroom featuring a queen bed with quality bedding, full-length mirror, big closet, dresser, and a large TV (cable only). The roomy living area includes a 60-inch TV with cable, Netflix, and Prime, plus a pop-up bed perfect for two kids and a dedicated workspace. Cook in a full kitchen with quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, exposed beam, dining area, and walk-in pantry with laundry. The bathroom offers a full tub/shower. Step outside to a spacious, beautifully covered patio surrounded by nature and a quiet neighborhood-ideal for peaceful relaxation. Walking trails start right from the house, winding through scenic vineyards for perfect outdoor adventures.

Guests have full access to the entire suite, including the spacious covered patio, which is completely separate from our living space. Occasionally, we may use the deck above, but your privacy will never be interrupted. You will have exclusive use of the private driveway, a secondary driveway fully separate from ours. Please note the garage is not available but won't be used during your stay. The lower level of the house is all yours; we won't be using it at all.

Other things to note

We're a family of four with two boys (10 and 12) and a friendly doodle. We live upstairs and do our best to keep things quiet, but you might hear the usual family sounds from time to time-like footsteps or kids being kids.
