Relax on the comfortable sofa (seating 2–3 people) while enjoying the wall-mounted Smart TV. The dining area seats four, and the space is equipped with a ceiling fan and blackout blinds for added comfort. The kitchen includes a 4-burner electric cooktop, electric oven, full-sized fridge/freezer, and microwave—perfect for preparing meals at home.



The carpeted bedroom offers a cozy double bed, a large wardrobe for storage, ceiling fan, and blackout blinds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Just off the bedroom, you’ll find a compact but functional fully tiled bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and large mirror.



A shared laundry area is available for your convenience. Washing machines are $4.00 per load, and dryers are $3.00 per cycle. Card payments are accepted.

KeyNest is a secure key collection service that allows guests to collect the property keys from a designated local shop or collection point. Check-in instructions, including the collection location and details, will be sent 24–48 hours before arrival.



* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
