*WINTER ACCESS*
During the coldest months, we recommend using an all-wheel drive vehicle or one equipped with studded tires to reach the chalet. Be prepared for steep inclines, as access may be challenging. If your vehicle doesn’t meet these requirements, we cannot guarantee access, especially after a recent snowstorm or icy rain.


*PET POLICY*
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.

๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

Please keep music & voices reasonable, especially evenings. No parties.
We want our neighbours and guests to enjoy a quiet environment.
