Ideal for weekend getaways, families, or holidaymakers, this fully furnished home features a cozy wood fireplace, spacious outdoor areas with grazing fields, and a modern kitchen. Located close to nature reserves, wineries, and scenic trails, you can enjoy both relaxation and adventure with local wildlife, including sheep and alpacas, nearby.

The moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful front garden down a long driveway to the entrance. Use the keyless smart lock to step into a welcoming open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living space features a plush leather sofa set, armchairs, a coffee table, and a cosy wood fireplace, perfect for winding down with a good book from the well-stocked shelves. The dining room, adjacent to the living space, boasts an 8-seater dining table, making it ideal for family meals or gathering with friends.

The spacious kitchen is a home cook’s dream, equipped with modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, Thermomix, and Nespresso coffee machine. There’s plenty of counter space with the large island bench and barstools, so you can chat with family or friends as you prepare meals.

To the left of the entry, you’ll find the first bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Down the hall, a second bedroom offers two single beds, perfect for children or extra guests. The third bedroom comes with another queen-sized bed and a handy hanging rack. Off the main living area, a fourth bedroom has two tri-bunk beds (single above, double below), a TV, and an oil heater for extra warmth. Every bedroom includes a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable in summer.

This is a private home all to yourself and you won`t be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. Undercover parking is available for two vehicles on site with a further two spaces in the driveway. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
