Set across two light-filled levels, this home offers space, comfort, and a relaxed indoor–outdoor flow, making it ideal for families and groups. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas create a central space to gather, flowing seamlessly to the outdoor entertaining area and beachfront lawn.
Sleeping Configuration: The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms: • Two oceanfront king suites, each with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies overlooking the sea • One bedroom with two single beds • One bunk room with two bunk beds (four single beds), ideal for children
Bathrooms: The property includes 3.5 bathrooms in total: • Two ensuites connected to the king bedrooms • One full bathroom located on the first floor, easily accessible from the kitchen, living area, and pool • One additional powder room (toilet) on the ground level
Outdoors, the home features a private lap pool, fenced yard, and multiple areas to relax or dine while enjoying the coastal setting. The beachfront position offers direct access to the sand, with ocean breezes and open space all around.
Additional features include a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, full laundry, and two private garage parking spaces. Additional vehicles can be parked in nearby public beachside parking.
Whether travelling with family or friends, the home is designed to make longer stays easy, comfortable, and memorable. Located just 20 minutes north of Cairns City, Trinity Beach is known for its relaxed atmosphere, palm-lined foreshore, and safe swimming areas. Cafés, restaurants, and local shops are all within walking distance, while the Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Rainforest, and surrounding attractions are within easy reach. Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.
Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.
Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required. Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
Here is our pet policy: All dogs to be pre-approved before staying at the property. Strictly dogs only. No other pets permitted. One small to medium sized dog. No Large breed dogs. No hunting dogs. Dogs are permitted in the garden and designated dog area only. Please check the garden and clear up after your dog before you leave. Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property. Dogs must be flea treated and flea free prior to arrival. Please bring bedding and everything that your dog requires. No dogs on the furniture. No Puppies that have not yet been fully house trained and/or still chew. A $500 pet bond will be frozen on your credit card at check in the event of damages or additional cleaning.
