The Space:

Upstairs, Bedroom 1 features a queen bed with views overlooking Lake Taupo and the cozy living area, complete with a TV and plenty of space to relax.

Downstairs, Bedroom 2 offers a queen-sized bed, while Bedroom 3 includes a single bed and a single trundler bed—ideal for kids or extra guests. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom includes a shower over the bath, vanity, and toilet.

Whether you’re here for fishing, skiing, sightseeing, or simply unwinding, this home caters perfectly to families. The lounge opens onto a sunny deck that overlooks the shores and town of Taupo—embrace the tranquil vibe and soak in the spectacular views.



Guest Access:

The whole home is yours to access and enjoy. You will have access to and use of the entire house and off street carparking + jetski or boat parking.



The Neighborhood:

This is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood. and close to the Lake



Getting Around:

Plenty of parking on the driveway and a short distance from Taupo town, the lake front and all Taupo activities.



Other Things to Note:

For the active traveler the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is approximately a 1.5-hour drive away. Rotorua is also only a one-hour drive away, and Hawkes Bay within 1.5-hours drive there is great an opportunity for an easy day of sightseeing. The Waitomo Glowworm Caves are also a 2 hours’ drive and Hobbiton in Matamata being 1.5-hours away this makes Taupō the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
