Blue Beach House Stay 3 Pay 2 Winter Special

The space:
Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with two king-singles, sharing one bathroom and separate toilet.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with king size beds, sharing one bathroom and separate toilet. Also upstairs is a study nook.

Comfortable lounge with cathedral ceiling, featuring two large sofas, large TV and DVD/Blu-ray library for a relaxing evening in. Books, magazines, puzzles and games, foosball and air-hockey tables too, to suit all ages. Please be mindful that this property does not have Wifi - A hideaway that is all yours to enjoy.

Well-equipped kitchen with large island bench and breakfast bar, featuring 900mm gas-cooktop and electric oven, Sunbeam filtered coffee maker, blender, panini-press etc: cook up a storm between you, your family and friends!

Spacious dining room with direct-access to the outside decking for easy outdoor entertaining.

Fully equipped laundry with front-loading washing machine and separate tumble-drier.

Large 2.5 acre garden with abundant bird-life. Great for ball sports, featuring a fire-pit with bench-seats (be aware when fire restrictions are in place). Large, safe, spring free trampoline and kids slide for extra fun!

All bed-linen supplied. Goose down pillows.

The house comfortably sleeps up to eight, which is perfect for large groups, or multiple families travelling together. This beautiful home offers a superb relaxed environment to enjoy your holiday.

No access to garage, but plenty of parking on large driveway.

- Neighborhood

Yanakie is located 5mins from the gateway to Wilsons Prom. A further 20 mins to Tidal River and Squeaky Beach - voted Australia's Best Beach. We are located between Corner Inlet and Shallow Inlet, not far from boat launches. We are lucky to be located in very close proximity to the General Store and a small walk to Prom Coast Pizza (and Bar) which has a great Pizza menu, perfect for late evening arrival to grab a quick bite on the go. Nearby Towns include Fish creek: Galleries, BP Service station, quirky shops + the Fishy Pub, Meeniyan: Local bakery hotspots, Op-shops, locally owned retail stores and more, Foster: Foodworks + IGA, local cafe's and trinket stores + The Exhange Hotel for a pub feed. There are plenty of Wineries and Cideries like: Waratah Hills, Gurneys Cidery, for day trips and events. Wherever you may venture to in our favourite part of South Gippsland, be sure to prepare, the locals are always up for a friendly yarn.

- Getting Around

Yanakie is a lovely Village to stroll around, however getting beyond this you will need your own car. If you require electric vehicle charging, there is a charging station located 5min drive from the house at the Yanakie Community Hall. There are other locations in the area for electric vehicle charging, details of which can be found online.


- Other things to note

Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.
This property is on tank water and septic system.




1. Checkout time is 10.00 am sharp on the day of your departure, unless you have made other arrangements with Prom Coast Holidays prior to your arrival. Failure to vacate the Property by 10.00am sharp will result in one extra night's accommodation fee being charged to the credit card tendered.

2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property. If you smoke outside the Property, all cigarette butts must be cleared and put in the bin. Failure to clean cigarette butts may result in an extra cleaning fee charge on the credit card tendered.

3. Linen & towels are provided at this property plus a small complimentary supply of cleaning products (soap, detergent, etc ) is supplied.

4. Unless otherwise specified in writing, firewood for wood heaters is not supplied. Wood is available for purchase at the Sandy Point General Store, BP Fish Creek or Foster. Outdoor fires are only permitted in accordance with local fire restrictions.

5. The Maximum number of persons (including children) permitted to occupy the Property is included in the Property description. Overcrowding, extra guests and parties are not allowed. If there is evidence of overcrowding, extra guests or parties at the Property at any time, the booking will be terminated immediately, all monies forfeited and any costs incurred as a result of the misuse of the Property will be payable by you or charged against the credit card tendered.

6. Tents, caravans and the like are strictly not permitted at the Property at any time.

7. If upon your arrival the Property is not clean, or it comes to your attention that the Property has been damaged, you must notify Prom Coast Holidays staff immediately so that we are able to inspect and arrange to rectify the problem promptly. Claims for compensation Will NOT be considered should Prom Coast Holidays not be advised of any issues on checkin.

8. Prom Coast Holidays is not responsible for, and you hereby release Prom Coast Holidays from, any liability in respect to any injury, debt, damage, loss, cost, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by your occupation or use of the Property.

9. Prom Coast Holidays accepts no responsibility for guest's personal property left in, or near the Property.

10. Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm & 8am, during arrival or departure, and at any time throughout the occupancy. Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your booking, all monies forfeited, and any costs incurred following misuse of, or damage to the Property will be payable by you or charged to the credit card tendered. Guests and visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour. Strictly NO Schoolies or Bucks/Hens Nights.

11. You are responsible for any damage caused to the Property or the loss of, or damage to any items provided at the Property, including but not limited to the floors and floor coverings, furniture and fittings, kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery and you must pay to Prom Coast Holidays the full cost of replacement or repair of any such items lost or damaged. All damage, breakages and losses are to be reported to Prom Coast Holidays immediately. All furniture and equipment must be left in the Property and as originally found.

12. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys are not always available. If Keys or remotes are lost, you are responsible for the cost of changing locks. Should Prom Coast Holidays be required to attend the property after hours due to fault of guest (i.e. losing keys or locking themselves out) a service charge of $200.00 will be deducted from the credit card tendered.

13. If you do not leave the Property neat and tidy, Prom Coast Holidays will charge you an additional cleaning fee. Any spillages, the fridge and benchtops must be wiped, dishes washed, dried and put away clean, BBQ cleaned (if used), and all garbage must be wrapped and placed in the garbage bin provided. Please put bins out on the nature strip Sunday night for rubbish collection.

14. Prom Coast Holidays is a property management company, managing this house on behalf of the owners. Should you need to get in touch with us regarding a matter which is not urgent, please contact our office onorduring office hours. A/H (emergency) contact details will be provided in guests Check in email.

15. Electric Vehicles: Please note the charging of Electric Vehicles is not permitted at the property. Power usage is monitored and a surcharge of $50 per day will apply for excessive power usage. EV charging stations are located at Sandy Point Mens Shed, Foster, Fish Creek & Yanakie townships for your convenience.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in this beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious home, which is perfectly suited for a family or group and sits just an easy 30-minute drive from Tidal River. The kitchen was stunning and fully stocked, the beds were comfy with linen provided, and the modern washer/dryer was a great convenience. We also absolutely loved the air hockey table and spending evenings around the outdoor fire pit. The only downsides to our winter stay were some utility issues: the internet connection was too weak for streaming, the Blu-ray player wasn't working despite a great movie selection, and the shower water unfortunately stayed cold/warm most of the time even with the booster turned on daily. However, the house and location are absolutely excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our time, and we would definitely come again!
