There are 3 well-maintained bathrooms, including 2 en suite. One bathroom features a bathtub, and all are stocked with soap, shampoo, and towels and fitted with modern fixtures, hot water geysers, and jet sprays.
The fully equipped open kitchen makes cooking a breeze—perfect for hearty family meals or casual snacking. The cozy living room, with sofa seating for 10 and a TV, offers the ideal space to unwind and gather.

Shower Before Entry: All guests must shower before entering the pool to maintain hygiene.
Food & Drinks: No food or drinks are allowed in the poolside area.

Health Restrictions: Guests with open wounds, skin infections, or contagious diseases are not permitted in the pool.

Supervision of Children: An adult must supervise children at all times when in or near the pool area.

Alcohol Consumption and Illegal Activities:

Alcohol consumption must comply with the Telangana State Excise Act and Prohibition Act. A valid permit is required.

Age Restriction: The legal drinking age is 21 years. Alcohol consumption by those below this age is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities: The use of illegal drugs, hookah, or gambling is prohibited. Any violations will lead to immediate eviction, with the information shared with local authorities.
