Both bedrooms include queen beds with built-in wardrobes. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all essential utensils, seamlessly connecting to the open-plan lounge and dining area with a smart TV. During our stay, there were several disappointing issues.• The room had not been cleaned at check-in.• There was a significant cockroach problem, both during the day and at night. On New Year’s night, I even found one crawling across the bed. Pest control items should have been provided.In addition, despite the issue at check-in, we received a reminder before checkout telling us to leave on time. While we had no intention of checking out late, this message felt unnecessary and unpleasant.Also, although not the host’s fault, the fire alarm went off late at night in the building on one occasion, making it difficult to sleep.The room itself was spacious and comfortable. With a car, access to the beach is convenient, and there is a park right in front, making it kid-friendly.However, if asked whether I would choose this place again when staying in Rockingham, the answer would be no.
