On the first floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a TV, a large working fireplace, and a half-bath.A magnificent spiral stone staircase leads to the 35-square-meter bedroom, featuring a dressing table, armchairs, and an antique wardrobe. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with a toilet, double sinks, and a huge walk-in shower. Outside: Garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. Hiking, fishing, boat rides, swimming in the river on the property, games: ping-pong, pétanque, and molkky.
