Featuring stunning poured earth walls, timber beams, and polished concrete floors, the space blends beautifully with the natural surroundings.This property offers an expansive bedroom, complete with a comfortable queen-sized bed. All linens are provided, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Expect a quiet and grounding sleep within the earthen architecture, which functions as an insulative sound barrier. The bathroom features both a bathtub and shower, and we supply body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience.

The heart of the home is the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Take in mountain views from the inviting living space, framed by the natural features of the home.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up a feast, making it perfect for both short and extended stays.

During the cooler months, the woodfire heater adds a charming touch. It is a generous size and simple to use, ensuring that beginners and seasoned fire-builders alike will enjoy warming up the space.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:

1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 2 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking

Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of any rules may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

For non-airbnb bookings a security bond hold is charged 3 days before booking and released 7 days post. The bond is $500.
