This quaint, former fisherman’s cottage sleeps 6, has a large garden, shady trees - and space for cars and boat - and it’s sooo close to the ocean sunsets, lovely beaches and boat ramps!

We love the quiet, relaxed mood of lovely Leeman. Everything is within walking distance - even quicker if you bring your bike!
Enjoy a drink at the Club (or a meal on Friday - Sunday evenings) a couple of hundred metres (if that!) from Mulberry Cottage or fish and chips prepared by Jeff at his shop close to the jetty - or a morning coffee at the Star of the Sea - do check its opening times! - while browsing the eclectic range of clothes, gifts and craft.
Don't miss out on a trip to Trash to Treasure Op Shop on Thursday to Sunday mornings either for good quality second hand items you never you knew you needed! Seriously! It's amazing!
Your supplies and bottle-o are located at Seaside Supplies store, there's also a servo for fuel, bait and a wide range of useful and essential items.

Leeman also has a Post Office (with 24 hour fuel), pharmacy, Community Resource Centre, Police Station and Shire Offices.

Mulberry Cottage's shady trees are a perfect spot to chill with a book, a wine, kids or friends on a lazy afternoon in the garden - unless you'd prefer to take the short walk to the jetties to watch yet another beautiful sunset as the crayboats unload their catch. Then you can use the barbecue to cook up a feed on the rear patio while the kids play in the garden.

Mulberry Cottage is barely two minutes drive to the boat ramps and not much longer to walk to the beach and jetties for a swim or to try land a feed of fish or squid.

There are beautiful beaches on our rugged coastline to the north and south of the town as well - perfect for a little exploration with a suitable vehicle once you've dropped your pots for the day!

Mulberry Cottage is simple and clean - your well-behaved dog is welcome (pet fees apply) although we do ask you keep pets off all furniture and clean up after it in the garden - and, depending on the time of year, you may find delicious figs, grapes and mulberries in the garden. Please leave some for us and the next guests!

The kitchen has a gas cooker - though we prefer to use the air frier for speed and ease of cleaning. Or you can use the microwave! There is under counter storage for eskies, boxes etc and we like to think we have included everything you'd need to enjoy meal prep. There is a water filter to ensure your drinking water tastes the best!

There is a decent sized fridge/freezer in the kitchen plus an outdoor fridge to keep bait, beers and bottles. We'd love to hear constructive comments for what else we may include to make your stay more comfortable.

The TV provides terrestrial services although we have a DVD player attached (with a few DVDs you may like to watch) as well as an HDMI cable, should you wish to stream off your phone or laptop (adaptor may be required). We do not have internet.
