Located in beautiful Parnell, this elegant 1 bedroom apartment with a secure basement carpark is perfectly situated to enjoy the best of central Auckland. We are just a minute's walk to the fabulous cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries on Parnell Rd. The train station is 2 mins walk, with Auckland CBD just 5-10 mins by train, bus or vehicle, or a scenic 20 minute stroll.
Also nearby is Spark Arena, Auckland Domain and Museum, Auckland University, Newmarket shopping precint and more, all while relaxing in a quiet, modern apartment.
Within the apartment you'll find everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer as well as all the ustensils you may need to cook your own meals. We provide a selection of teas and coffee, sugar, milk, salt and pepper. The kitchen also includes a Nespresso coffee maker (please supply your own pods).
Next to the kithen is a sleek bathroom with washer/dryer which is free for your use, and a drying rack. Iron and ironing board also provided
The open plan living area catches lots of sunlight from the large glass doors, with views across the city and Auckland's Sky Tower. Within the living area is a Smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating.
The bedroom contains a top of the line luxurious queen-sized bed, blackout curtains, and has plenty of closet space for your belongings.
We use a high quality cleaning company and provide proffessionally laundered hotel quality linens so the apartment will be perfect on your arrival.
Key pick-up: There is a lock box located at the building where you will collect your key from. We will send you the full checkin instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this property.
Check-in time is after 3pm.
Check out time is before 10am.
If required extra linens can be provided for an additional fee. Please enquire before your stay.
