** Parking: There is one allocated on-site parking spot for your use, it's located at B1 level and parking spot number is 21
** You are welcome to use the piano in living room, just please only play during 9am to 5pm and make sure there is no noise to disturb other tenants.
** Living room Sofa bed set up by request and with extra costs, please make 48 hours notice before check in.

Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during the stay.

You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes to wear. The vacuum is located in the laundry area.

Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm.

Please clean your dishes and the oven after use, extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven and other appliances are found uncleaned after use.

Please ensure all the lights, heater, and AC are switched off when leaving.

Other Things to Note:
There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbours are not disturbed, we asked our guests to keep the noise down after 10pm.

Additional Rules:

*NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would incur a penalty of $500 AUD.

*NO PETS*: Pets are not allowed in this property, penalty will apply.

*NO PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.

Self-Check In: The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.

LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).

DAMAGE Deposit will be utilised to cover any damage or loss happens in the property caused by the guest.

Interaction with Guests:
we will send detailed self check in guide one day before your arrival and lockcode to collect keys will be sent at 3pm on your check in date.
