We’d just like to clarify that hand towels were provided for every guest and placed in each bedroom along with the other guest linens, rather than in the bathrooms. We appreciate your suggestion regarding their placement and will take that into consideration for future stays. Regarding body wash, we intentionally do not provide shared body wash as a standard amenity due to individual skin sensitivities, allergies, hygiene considerations, and personal product preferences. We encourage guests to bring the personal bathing products that work best for them. We also appreciate your feedback regarding additional pillows and will certainly consider adding more.
