The upstairs features 3 Queen bedrooms, a spacious living room, a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for 6.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front balcony or entertain on the large back deck, complete with two outdoor dining tables.

The downstairs includes the 4th bedroom with a double and a single bed, a media room, and a second bathroom as well as laundry facilities.

The backyard is fully fenced, making it ideal for kids, with a lush lawn and outdoor shower.
Our property is child safe and has safety gates installed at the top of the stairs indoors and outdoors.
