Please note on check in the keys have to be collected between the hours of 2pm and 8pm Monday to Friday and one weekends before 6pm. If you cannot pick the keys up prior to then please message before booking,

Inside, you’ll find a beautifully appointed bedroom with a queen bed, a dedicated work-from-home space ensures productivity when needed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, and all essentials, while the euro laundry with washing machine adds convenience. The living area flows to a private balcony — ideal for morning coffee or evening wine.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
Living Area: Sofa bed (Used as a sofa during the day. Linen is provided in the cupboard if required.)

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
