Located just one hour from San Jose airport, Chilanga Costa Rica is the perfect place to start or finish your vacation. Spend some time to slow down, unwind and experience nature's wonders. Let our cook provide you with amazing meals made from local and farm ingredients. We offer three spacious luxury villas with double occupancy, a swimming pool with incredible views, yoga platform and 10 KM of walking trails. Super fast 30 meg wifi allows you to "work from the jungle" Come visit!
The space
Chilanga Costa Rica has 130 acres, 70 of which are natural rainforest. With 3 large and modern Private Villas, each has a large king bed that can be separated into two individual beds. A third single bed can be added if you wish. Maximum capacity in each villa is 3 adults. We have beautiful teak wood finishes and large windows that give you incredible views. The bathrooms mix modernity with the jungle touch of the area, natural woods and river stones that will make you feel pampered by nature. Built-in wardrobes and wooden floors from the Finca itself. Complementary wi-fi service. The areas that surround the villa with wooden floors arranged with chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. If you are traveling with family or friends, this is the perfect option to "work from home" or simply to relax, recharge and reconnect with nature. Breakfast is included in the rental price. We also offer a delicious BBQ dinner for only USD$60 per couple. Please let us know if you would like this additional option.

Bring good walking shoes or boots so you can fully enjoy the natural wonders of the property. Swim in the crystal clear water of Rio Jesus Maria, a short walk from the property.
While you do not need an SUV to get to the property, if you are traveling through Costa Rica, we highly recommend that you rent an SUV. The Toyota Terios is very popular in Costa Rica and is available for rent at the airport.

I was born in Manchester (United) England, moved to Toronto and now live in Mexico and Costa Rica. After 40 years working in Scotiabank, I am now enjoying the active "retirement" stage of my life! We communicate rapidly, give you the info you need to traverse Costa Rica and provide you with helpful advice on places to visit.

Peace and quiet, wide open spaces, fresh air, and amazing views of the surrounding jungle and mountains. When you park and walk up the steps to your villa, the views will astound you. The essence of "pura vida!"
