Enjoy use of the main house, entertainment lounge and games room with exclusive use of the entire 5 acre grounds with salt water swimming pool and private dam (canoes and stand up paddle boards included). 

1. THE MAIN HOUSE 

The main house features a beautifully appointed queen bedroom and double bedroom and a master bedroom with a sumptuous super king bed and ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom opens to a viewing deck that overlooks the beautiful dam and landscape, offering a serene escape. An additional bathroom downstairs serves the queen bedrooms. Additionally, there is a convenient laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. The heart of the main house is its fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. The living room invites relaxation and warmth. The kitchen living space opens up to covered decks that look over the property, complete with BBQ and outdoor dining. The house also boasts an entertainment lounge, sauna and outdoor fire pit with complimentary wood and kindling for the length of your stay.

Yarrabee Place invites you to enjoy the expansive outdoor spaces designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Start by unwinding in the sauna, then take a dip in the salt water pool. Gather around the fireplace with plenty of seating, perfect for evening gatherings. Enjoy using the canoes and stand up paddle boards on the private dam and picnics and outdoor games on the lawn. For a peaceful retreat, head to the viewing deck attached to the main bedroom, where you can take in stunning views of the entire property.

The property is unable to be used for events or large celebrations. Please note that there is a strict noise curfew at 9pm each night.
