Tucked away just north of Yeppoon, this unique Queenslander-style holiday home offers the perfect mix of coastal tranquillity and outdoor adventure. Accessible only by 4WD, the journey itself is part of the experience – ideal for those wanting to immerse themselves in nature, explore untouched beaches, and enjoy the rugged beauty of the Byfield area.
Step outside and you’re moments from pristine sandy shores, including the iconic Nine Mile Beach, and surrounded by the lush greenery of Byfield National Park. Spend your days four-wheel driving along the coast, fishing, beachcombing, or simply relaxing in your own private slice of paradise.
The home sleeps up to 7 guests and welcomes you with a wide verandah – the perfect spot for morning coffee while soaking up the peaceful surrounds. Inside, the open-plan layout creates a warm and inviting space, complete with a cosy fireplace for cooler months. The large kitchen offers plenty of bench space and a walk-in pantry with all the essentials for your stay. Three spacious bedrooms ensure room for everyone, and the separate laundry makes extended stays convenient.
Guests must bring their own linen, including towels.
Outside, there’s plenty of space to entertain – fire up the BBQ, share a meal under the stars, or simply unwind in the sea breeze. The property is fully off-grid, with solar power, battery storage, wind generation, and water tanks – providing a self-sufficient, eco-friendly stay without sacrificing comfort.
