**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. This home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, suitable for families and adults who want a peaceful, quiet getaway. Noise & light ordinances are implemented by the county & HOA with fines for excess noise &/or leaving exterior lights on during the daytime or after 9:30 PM. Quiet hours are 9:30 pm-8 am.

Home Layout:
As you enter through the front door the main living area is directly in front of you and the primary bedroom, bathroom and laundry are to your left. The main living area is spacious with plenty of seating, a cozy fireplace, large dining room table, fully appointed kitchen and wall-to-wall windows to that overlook the deck and large greenbelt area. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a King size bed, ample storage space and has its own entrance to the first floor bathroom. Upstairs is a cozy loft over looking the living room. You will also find the second full bathroom and two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with two full size beds.
