Located in the peaceful Huka Falls Resort complex, this two-bedroom, one-bathroom villa offers a comfortable and convenient base for your stay in Taupo. Surrounded by established trees and open green spaces, the property is just a short drive from Taupo town centre, the lake, and local attractions.

The villa includes open-plan living with a lounge, dining area, and modern kitchen. Please note the kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, microwave, and fridge, but there is no oven or BBQ. A heat pump provides year-round comfort.

The two bedrooms are well-appointed, and the bathroom includes all essentials. Linen and unlimited WiFi are provided for your convenience.

Guests can also enjoy a covered verandah, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Taupo.

This property is well-suited for couples, families, or friends seeking a quiet retreat.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
