Located in the heart of Southbank, ‘Australia 108′ is well known as the tallest residential building in the Southern Hemisphere – Walking distance to Melbourne’s CBD, Crown Casino, Southbank entertainment precinct, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and major public transport hubs in Melbourne that takes you everywhere! (Flinders Street Station, tram & bus stops).
The Space:
Featuring stunning 180-degree panoramic views across Port Phillip bay, Royal Botanical Gardens and the Dandenong ranges, from the double-glazed floor to ceiling windows, this two bedroom apartment provides its guests with both luxury and beauty.
The kitchen features Miele appliances and ample storage, with an extended, versatile kitchen/dining bench to maximise the potential of the space, which flows seamlessly into the living area via the beautiful wooden floorboards.
Both the master and second bedroom feature built-in, mirrored robes, and are exposed to plenty of natural light, with the corresponding ensuite and second bathroom comprising floor to ceiling tiles, plenty of storage inside the mirrored bathroom cabinets, and premium finishes.
Complete laundry facilities (washing machine + dryer) ready and available for your use.
To top it all off, a parking space is provided during your stay - a rare gem in the city!
Australia 108 is a short walk to Southbank Boulevard which features Melbourne's best place to socialise, eat and drink. This is one of Melbourne's prestigious apartment buildings.
Local Amenities: Located on the Yarra River and walking tracks, a short walk to Crown Casino, National Gallery of Victoria, Flinders Street train station is located across the road and the Royal Botanic Gardens are only a minute's walk away.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment unit for the duration of their stay.
Building amenities are unavailable to short stay tenants from Airbnb who do not undergo an induction prior to using the amenities. This is why we do not advertise it as an available amenity but it is still available if you are willing to undergo the induction process.
Induction services are conducted EVERY MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY at 7pm only.
We will also need advanced notice so we can email the reception about your induction request.
Tenants who wish to use the building amenities will have to bring all the swipe cards down to reception at 7pm to activate pool access first and then head to gym at 8pm to get gym induction done by another service provider. Please arrive on time to avoid disappointment.
Building amenities access is possible for longer stays over a week or weekday stays due to induction schedule and requirements.
Other Things to Note:
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
