MarieBlue2-Pet Friendly-Spacious 1 Bed Unit-6 mins to Huskisson & Beaches

Welcome to MarieBlue2.
We are very Pet Friendly and we are situated on just over one acre of land in Falls Creek NSW.
The two units we rent are attached to the main residence where we live.
We are private people so we will give you all the privacy you require but available if you require anything.

This 1 bedroom Villa has a comfortable queen size bed with linen supplied, built in robes, extra blankets, pillows, bedside table, lamps, ceiling fan, block out curtains and blinds.

The large bathroom has shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, towels supplied as well as beach towels. Full length mirror on back of bathroom door, vanity, hair dryer, toilet, toilet paper, washing machine, washing sheets and softener, laundry tub, broom, dustpan and broom, iron & half size ironing board.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with USB power point, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, cooking screen when cooking with oil, toaster, kettle, tea, herbal teas, coffee, sugar and coffee plunger. Plates, coffee cups, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, serving spoons, cutting board and knives, corkscrew, can opener, cheese grater, mixing bowls, pots, pans, pantry items like cooking oil and spray, paper towels, tomato and bbq sauce, salt and pepper, can of baked beans and spaghetti, torch, everything you need in a kitchen.

The living area has a lounge that converts to a double bed for extra guests (extra charge), chair, Smart TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air con, dining table with 2 chairs but can extend to seat 4 people or office space. Lots of books and a few games. There is also a chain lock on your door for extra security, especially if travelling alone. Information booklet with things to do in Jervis Bay & surrounds.

On your verandah is two chairs, table and ashtray if needed (please don't smoke inside).

Their is plenty of room for your furry friends to run around and we provide a fenced area with dog kennel, dog run to clip your dog onto to if they jump or dig, tap and bowl if you want to visit areas where you cannot take your puppy. We provide for your dogs, bowls, poo bags (a necessity in Huskisson, Vincentia and surrounding areas) balls, a few treats and a towel to wipe their feet when raining. Please watch over your dogs when outside as our neighbours have dogs and chickens.
Their is lots of room to park your car and boat -- we've got everything you need.

Only 6 minutes from Woollamia boatramp and Huskisson.
An ideal base to relax with your dog/s. Explore Jervis Bay Cafes, Restaurants, Beaches, National Parks, Maritime Museum, Picture Theatre, Dolphin or Whale watching, Kayak & Paddleboard hire, Indoor rock climbing, Bird walks & Wineries,

You will share a garden area, carpark & clothes line with the other unit.
Our street is off a loop road which is just over 2kms long with two hills. So you will get the heart rate up but a perfect bush walk with your puppies. 😊
Huskisson beach is pet friendly certain times of the day. And Huskisson main street is very dog friendly with cafes leaving water bowls out for puppies.
